Don’t use this soak if you are pregnant, have blisters on your feet, or suffer from diabetes! Avoid using it! I would recommend you go for professional care products only!
This DIY for a foot soak is trending all over the internet these last days and i had to share it with you! This is definitely something you have to try before summer, especially when you have dry and cracked heels and feet.
You will only need :
- 1/2 cup of Listerine,
- 1/2 cup of vinegar,
- 1 cup of water.
You just have to mix all the ingredients above! Then soak your feet for 15 minutes! As easy as it sounds!
Check if your feet look better, if not put them back in your magic mix.
If you use a pumice stone, you will be able to slough off the dead skin faster.
Before you got to bed, apply some Vaseline to your feet and wear socks. This will give your feet the extreme hydration they need.
